How to shop and order from Al-Esayi Electronics?

• Go to Al-Esayi Electronics website ( https://www.aecksa.com) .

• Select a product from the search bar or from the category list.

• Choose the desired product, then click on the “Add to Cart” button, then click on “Complete Purchase” (if you are not registered, you will be asked to register).

• You will then be directed to the order completion and payment page.


Can someone else use my account?

• Yes, someone else can use your account if you give them permission to use it.

• No one can use your account without your consent and giving them your registration information.

If you give someone else permission to use your account, you will be responsible for it.

(Note: We suggest that you do not give your login details to anyone else.)


Is online shopping safe at Al-Esayi Electronics?

• Yes, shopping is 100% safe on Al-Esayi Electronics website.

• We use the best technology in the website, best security tools that will protect your valuable private information from online fraud, malware, etc.

• The process of storing information is done with the customer’s consent once the customer makes a purchase through the Al-Esayi Electronics website, and this information is protected with a high degree of encryption on our servers and only authorized persons can view it.

Is cash on delivery service available?

• We do not offer cash on delivery service.


Tabby payment option not showing up when you reach the payment page?

The Tabby payment option appears to the customer according to Tabby’s policy, and it is hidden for several reasons, including:

• New customers to Tabby.

• The value of purchases must not exceed 5,000 Saudi Riyals.


Shipping and delivery fees?

• A shipping fee of 25 Saudi riyals will be charged for orders less than 499 Saudi riyals, the shipping fee will appear on the shopping cart page before completing the purchase.


What areas does the delivery service cover?

• We cover most parts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where you can choose the city by adding the shipping address before completing the order.


How can I be sure that my order is successful?

• Go to your profile on our website.

• Select My orders.

• You can view the status of the order, where it will show that the order is being processed.

• The invoice will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the order, as all orders received on Fridays and Saturdays will be invoiced on Sunday.

• The order will be delivered by the shipping company within 3-7 working days from the order date.


How i can track my order?

1. Go to your profile on our website.

2. Select My Requests box.

3. You can then track the order when its status becomes (shipping) by clicking on the Track Order button.


How can I cancel an order?

• Log in to Al-Esayi Electronics website ( https://www.aecksa.com) .

• Click on the profile.

• Click on My Order History.

• Select the completed order and then click the Cancel Order button.

• You can cancel the order if the order is still being processed.

• When canceling the order after the product has been shipped, the shipping fees will be deducted from the return amount according to the weight of the product (from 31 riyals to 200 riyals)


How can I return or exchange a product after purchase?

• You can return the product according to the exchange and return policy by following the following steps:

• Log in to the following link: https://return.aecksa-emp.com/

• Enter the order ID and the mobile number

• Choose the product

• Type the return reason


How can I apply for a refund?

• Click on Profile.

• Click on Orders.

• Select the completed order, then click the Cancel Order button.

• You can cancel the order if the order is awaiting review.

• Your order will be reviewed, and you will receive a call to confirm the cancellation.

• If the product has already been delivered and received, refund procedures will begin once the product is returned to our warehouses.

• Refund procedures take 14 to 21 business days


Can I go to the showroom and buy the product?

• Yes, you can go directly to one of Al-Esayi Electronics showrooms and buy the product you want.

Can I purchase from the website and then receive it from the branch?

• We do not currently have a pick-up service from the branch, the orders are only delivered to the customer’s location.

How can I get a purchase invoice for the order?

• The purchase invoice will be sent via the email registered in the customer’s personal data.

• If you do not receive the invoice upon receiving the order, you can request it by submitting a ticket through the support and assistance box ( https://www.aecksa.com/contactus ).
