Any actions detrimental to system or network security will result in civil and criminal penalties in most cases.

Products


·        We strive to provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products (including availability, prices, specifications, illustrations, and technical features) and services. However, typographical errors may occasionally occur.

·        We make every effort to display product colors accurately on the website. However, the colors you see depend on your screen settings, which are beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the color settings on your device.

·        Publishing details related to products or services (including but not limited to marketing materials, advertisements, commercial offers, magazine features, and leaflets) on the website does not guarantee the availability, offers, or prices of products.

·        Errors may occur during the product or service provision and pricing information process on the website. We cannot provide individual product prices or the total cost until you submit your complete online order. If an invoice is issued for a product or service with an incorrect price or inaccurate information due to an error in recording the correct price or product/service details, we reserve the right to either contact you to clarify the error and discuss how to proceed or to cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.

·        Once your online order is accepted and processed, the total cost will be calculated and charged to your credit card. You will receive an email confirming that the payment is being processed correctly.

·        Product availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

·        Requests to postpone order receipt before shipping for more than fifteen (15) days from the purchase date are not permitted. We reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the customer's account.

Shipping and Delivery

  • A purchase invoice will be issued within 24 business hours of receiving the order.
  • The order will be delivered by the shipping company within 3 - 7 business days from the date of the order
  • The standard delivery time does not apply to remote areas, where shipping may take up to 14 business days.
  • For large home appliances, delivery is to the home address only. If the customer wishes for loading and delivery to the doorstep, an agreement to pay a loading fee of 100 is required before payment is completed. If the loading fee is not agreed upon, the order will be delivered to the home address only.


Delivery & Installation Service


  1. An installation fee of 99 is agreed upon.
  2.  The shipping company will deliver orders with installation service within 3-10 working days from the order date.
  3. Large Appliance Installation Services:

We provide installation services for large products (Refrigerators, Freezers, Washing Machines, Televisions).

Important Notes:

  • Television installation includes stand assembly only and does not include wall-mount installation.
  • Civil works such as providing electricity to the site, water drainage, and demolition are not included in the delivery and installation of appliances.
  • The maximum floor level allowed for product delivery and installation is the third floor.

Terms and Conditions ( Tamara )

  • Pay with Tamara option is valid in Alesayi Electronics through website and mobile application.
  • Pay with Tamara is available for all product categories.
  • Customers can split the total invoice payment in 4, 6, 9 or 12 payments when they pay using Tamara.
  • Minimum invoice value is 200 SR, and maximum invoice value is 25,000 SR to be eligible to pay with Tamara.
  • Items bought with Tamara can’t be refunded in cash or gift cards, refund can be through Tamara only.
  • Alesayi Electronics return & exchange policy applies for items purchased using Tamara.
  • Alesayi Electronics will not have any obligations or liabilities for issues related to accounts, payments in Tamara app or web. For all technical-related issues please contact Tamara.
  • Processing Fees will be added by Tamara when you choose to split in 4 payments or more, and no Processing Fees will be added when you choose to split in 2 or 3 payments. For more info about processing fees please contact Tamara team directly.
  • Processing Fees are applied on tamara’s payment page.
  • Processing Fees are refundable in case of full order cancellation / return, and partially refundable in case of partial cancellation / return.
  • Tamara payment option cannot be combined with any other payment option. In case of choosing Tamara as a payment method, the invoice value must be fully paid using Tamara only.
  • Payment split might be on non-equal splits based one customer's credit history and credit score. You can contact Tamara for more information.

  • These special Terms and Conditions and its amendments from time to time shall be governed by the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and subject exclusively jurisdiction of its Courts.


Terms and Conditions for Savings Offers:

  • Product Returns: If you are not satisfied, you cannot return individual products included in the offer; the entire offer must be returned.
  • Defective Products: If a product is not working upon receipt, it will be replaced with the same specifications.
  • Product Exchange: You cannot request an exchange for a different product.
  • Refunds: You cannot request a refund for individual products; the entire offer must be returned


Terms and Conditions for Cash on Delivery (COD) Service

1. Service Definition and Fees

  1. Service Definition: This service allows the customer to pay the total value of the order (via available point-of-sale (POS) devices carried by the shipping company) upon receiving the product from the shipping agent (UPS)
  2. Availability: This service is available based solely on the shipping company's coverage for delivery to the customer's area.
  3. Service Fee: An additional COD service fee of 49 is applied to and added to the total order value. This fee is non-refundable in case the order is returned.
  4. This payment service does not include the installation service .

2. Order Restrictions and Acceptance Rules

  1. Minimum Order Value: The minimum order value eligible for COD is 200 .
  2. Maximum Order Value: The maximum order value eligible for COD is 7,000 .
  3. Product Verification (Upon Delivery): The customer must check the condition and ensure the product matches their order before completing the payment to the delivery agent.
  4. No Package Opening Before Payment: The delivery agent is not permitted to open the package, inspect its contents, or allow the customer to test the item before the full amount is paid. This is strictly enforced based on shipping company policies.



3. Cancellation and Non-Receipt Cases

  1. Cancellation Before Shipment: The customer may cancel the order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped from the warehouses.
  2. Refusal or Non-Receipt After Shipment:
  • In the event the customer refuses to accept the order or is not present at the agreed-upon address after confirmed delivery attempts:
  • The store reserves the right to cancel or suspend the COD service for the customer on future orders to prevent recurring losses.
  1. Refunds for Returns: If the customer wishes to return the product after receiving it and making the payment, the store's general Return Policy will apply. The refund will be processed via a bank transfer to the customer's account after the returned product has been inspected and verified by the store.

2. Earning Points

Basic Earning Rule: You'll earn points when purchasing eligible products from Alesayi Electronics. For every 1 Saudi Riyal (SAR) spent, you'll get 2 loyalty point. This excludes shipping costs, taxes, and any applied discounts on the product value.

Additional Bonus Points:

•          For each eligible product and store review: You'll receive 5000 loyalty points. (Reviews must meet the quality and content standards defined by our store.)

•          Referral Program: You'll receive 8000 loyalty points for each successful purchase made through your unique referral link.

•          Point Accumulation: Points are added to your account after a successful purchase is completed, and product receipt is confirmed after 7 days. In case of a return or cancellation, the points earned from that transaction will be deducted. If a product is eligible for return or exchange after points have been earned, your point balance will be adjusted accordingly.


3. Redeeming Points

•          How to Redeem: Points can be redeemed during the checkout process on the shopping cart page or checkout page.

Redemption Restrictions:

•          Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

•          Points cannot be used to pay shipping costs or taxes.

•          Points cannot be combined with certain other promotional offers or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.

•          If you return a product purchased using points, the product value will be refunded after deducting the discount applied by points, and the points used will be returned to your account (provided they haven't expired).


4. Point Validity

•          Expiration: Earned points are valid for 12 months from the date of acquisition. After this period, points will automatically expire and be removed from your account.

•          Expiration Notification: We'll send customers notifications a short time before their points expire.


5. Account Management

Point Balance Access: Customers can view their current point balance and history through their account dashboard on our website.

 

6. Program Modification & Termination

•          Right to Modify: Alesayi Electronics reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, add or remove any rules or benefits, or terminate the Loyalty Points Program at any time without prior notice.

•          Changes: Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be published on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.

•          Termination: If the program is terminated, customers will be notified and given a reasonable timeframe (30 days) to use their remaining points. After this period, points will no longer be usable.

Terms and Conditions for Products with Damaged Packaging


1. Product Condition Description


The customer acknowledges full awareness that the purchased product has sustained partial damage to its outer carton, or is being sold without the original carton.


The customer agrees that the attached images of the product accurately reflect its actual condition and the existing packaging damage.


We confirm that the product itself is completely intact, brand new, unused, and fully functional. The damage is limited to the external packaging only.


2. Pricing and Warranty


This product is sold at a special discounted price compared to its original price as a new item with intact packaging, to compensate the buyer for the external packaging damage.


The product is covered by the same standard warranty policy applicable to undamaged products, which covers manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from misuse.


3. Return and Exchange Policy


No returns due to packaging: The customer is not entitled to request a return or exchange of the product due to the damage in the external packaging, as this condition was clearly disclosed and agreed upon at the time of purchase.


Returns due to manufacturing defects: The customer has the right to return or exchange the product within 7 days of receipt if any undisclosed manufacturing defect is discovered. In such cases, the product must be returned in the same condition it was received, along with all accessories.
