- All electronic devices of all brands (Panasonic - TCL - Hoover - Galen - Vestel - Moulinex - Tefal - Dreame) are subject to a two-year warranty within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and three years on TCL screens only
- The customer will lose the warranty if any of the products are subjected to any misuse, collision, fire or any damage, or if the customer does not adhere to the periodic maintenance that is in accordance with the product recommendations, or if the customer repairs it himself or through any unauthorized service center (not affiliated with Alesayi Maintenance).
- The warranty does not cover consumables, including but not limited to ink, printer heads, accessories attached to the device, air purifier filters, regular and rechargeable batteries, bulbs, cleaning materials, or any accompanying chemicals.
- In the event of a compressor failure in air conditioners or refrigerators after the expiration of Alesayi’s warranty for the device, the compressor will be replaced, with the consumer bearing the cost of installation and the resulting parts and Freon.
- In the event of a motor failure after the Alesayi washing machine warranty has expired, the motor will be replaced, with the consumer bearing the cost of installation and any subsequent visit fees.
- This warranty applies to products purchased by end consumers. For products purchased for commercial use, such as hotel televisions, washing machines, etc., the applicable warranty terms vary based on a pre-purchase agreement that must be submitted by the commercial user before service begins.
- Wall-mounted (split) air conditioners: The warranty includes the indoor and outdoor units.
- If the extensions (pipes) are installed by Alesayi Company’s technical team, the warranty period is one year for installation. If the extensions (pipes) are installed by the customer, then it is outside the warranty.
- The home visit service includes large appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and TVs 58 inches and above, depending on the city.
- Small home appliances such as water dispensers, blenders, juicers, mixers, microwaves, and TVs 55 inches and below are not covered by home visit service and must be delivered to the service center. depending on the city.

In the event that maintenance services are requested for goods that have been installed or prepared by the customer or by any third-party service provider, and such maintenance requires work to be carried out at the customer’s premises using cranes, scaffolding, or any other means to access the appliance in a safe manner and in compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, the responsibility for providing such means shall rest with the customer, whether the appliance is under warranty or out of warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, the removal of decorations, suspended ceilings, kitchen fittings, or similar items.
If the maintenance team is unable to access the customer’s location due to rough terrain or the absence of a properly paved access road that allows entry to the residence, the customer shall be required to deliver the appliance to the nearest authorized service center.
Note: When requesting a warranty, the customer must present the purchase invoice.
